Excellent cakes! We got our wedding cake here and it was fantastic.

Would certainly recommend visiting this place. Great character, delicious food, great service. Fantastic work.

My first time at the Grey Goose turned out much better than I had anticipated. As busy as they were, the staff remained attentive and responsive to our needs. My dietary requirements for gluten free fare were met, and the chef seemed very aware of what contains gluten, and took those extra special steps to ensure my meal was stress free. The portions were nicely sized, and the dishes tasted as good as they looked. I look forward to eating there again.

Awesome selection of foods & drinks, very friendly and upbeat atmosphere, very enjoyable place!

We had 20 guests for dinner to celebrate my birthday. Staff was outstanding (especially Joanna). The food was amazing, timely & delicious! They even made a special chocolate birthday cake for the occasion & of course words can't describe how good it was. We have enjoyed lunch, dinner & now a special occasion at Grey Goose and we have never been disappointed. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this establishment!!!

We really enjoyed the selection and the food we decided on. I had the best and grapefruit salad with lemon basil salad dressing. Very nice people and terrific service. I recommend it.

Great home cooking. Small local gem. Recommend the bloody Mary bar special, all you can drink for brunch

Friendly causal atmosphere. Love the prime rib special on Friday. Took my son there for his 13th birthday. The food and service was fantastic. Also live music and excellent food and gorgeous tasty baked items. Can't wait to go back. This is a hidden gem in Hampton. Would highly recommend!

Always good food, comfortable atmosphere. Great lunch of house salad with chicken and lemon basil dressing. Started with broccoli cheddar soup. Yum. Good portions meant half my salad was coming home!

My mom ordered a salad that had fruit in it, they forgot the fruit. When my mom said the fruit was missing they tried telling her she was wrong. They did end up giving her the fruit but it was well after the food was given to us so she basically has it as a side instead of with her salad. The owner was also right in the center/front of the restaurant working on paperwork with it all over the table. I thought it wad a meeting or something between customers, but it was just her. It was weird and I dint understand why she wasnt at least in a corner tsble.Their poppy seed dressing is delicious and their fries were pretty close to perfect, though.

I had the shrimp & grits, and crab soup. Great amount of grits given and large shrimp. Very good food.

This place is so cute! The Rubin is amazing and the crab cake burger is like having the ocean in your mouth!

My wife's sandwich was good, but the mother clucker that I had was horrible. Who puts country ham, apple jelly, and a chicken patty with cheese in a sweet potato biscuit to make it a sandwich??? I tried it to see if it was good and it failed miserably, the fried green BLT sandwich was good and the house made chips. How about instead you fry a small piece of chicken and place it in a ciabatta roll and sliced deli ham and an garlic aioli for a spread? The soda was watered down and tasted like seltzer.

We were seated twice this evening because there was a band coming. When asked about the specials this evening we were told that there was a party of 20 and no specials were being offered. We left and went to another local restaurant that was Great and spent $300.00 on a party of 7 and had a much better time. Customer service is not their specialty. We are from Atlanta GA and are here with a family reunion of 50 people and will let our family including the President of Hampton University know of our experience . Thanks.

Great food and desert! Friendly staff and very comfortable restaurant.

We stopped in for brunch. The food was great and the bartender made a delicious bloody mary. They offer a bottomless version with a slew of additions to choose from. Bought some pastries for Sunday breakfast, too. We'll definitely try this place again!

We have lunch here on a Saturday from time to time. On my last visit, I had the fried catfish. It was very good and for sure filling. We like it here.

Everything here is absolutely delicious! The daily lunch menu included a smoked salmon flatbread pizza that was simply to die for. It came with a salad (that made this guy who usually prefers fried potatoes of some sort quite happy) and an amazing cupcake. A Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale was a perfect match. The prices are a great deal for such delicious food.

I've been here before. I usually get the black bean sandwich which is very delious and chips. My mom gets the Brunswick stew with biscuit. There deserts they keep behind the glasswindow which look inviting but to me just over priced. A cup cake $5.00. Really u gotta b kidding me. And its nor a big cupcake but a small one for that price. I don't think so. Other than that its fine.

Came in for the first time today for brunch with a friend. We had a great time! The staff was very friendly and attentive. I ordered the shrimp and grits and they were delicious! Absolutely the best IΓ’β¬β’ve had in a while. The owner came to our table and greeted us and she was so sweet and friendly. The sweets are phenomenal and baked fresh daily. I highly recommend this spot. I will definitely be returning soon!

TREATED US LIKE WE DIDN'T BELONG.. DRINKS WAS OK GUESS THEY DON'T LIKE BIKERS HOPE IT DON'T HAPPEN TO THE NEXT BUNCH..NOT BIKER FRIENDLY. WE ARE VERY NICE AND VERY EDUCATED TO. WE DO WORK IN HIGH CLASS JOB'S HOLD HIGH POWER POSITIONS SOME OF US EVEN OWN BAR'S AND OTHER RETAIL STORES WORK IN THE COURT SYSTEM TOO. BUT THE TREATMENT WE RECEIVE SOMETIMES BECAUSE OF OUR LIFE STYLE IS NOT DENIED.

Probably one of the best brunches I have had in a long time. Definitely will be coming back. Owners were very nice. Interior is very inviting. I ordered the biscuits and gravy which came with eggs and sliced and fried potatoes. Stole some of my wife's grits and they were awesome.

This is now my favorite place to take my wife for lunch or dinner on the peninsula. The vibe is small town diner meets fancy European cafe, and it is great. The coffee is good, the food is great, and the deserts are really nice too. All their creams and icings are done completely right. They also have a lot of events, including dinner theater. The portions are not huge, but it is a good meal. we left comfortably full with no left overs. The price is very reasonable. We spent $38 for lunch for 2, including coffee, desert, tax and tip.

Really great staff and good food, fabulous deserts.

Late night food/snacks are really my thing, maybe because all day I'm stuck at work! and this place really do satisfy my cravings to have a good meal. Highly recommended.

Absolutely love this place... The atmosphere is just fun.. The food is great.. waiting to go back

The waitresses were very rude. Visible eye rolls when my girlfriend asked for substitutions (which they don't do apparently) and talking down to us when we asked what a menu item was. The eggs were incredibly runny and undercooked as well. The food was almost cold when it finally came to our table. We will not be going back.

One of our favorite local places for dinner and entertainment. The Grey Goose is a hidden gem, and there's a part of me that wants to keep it a secret so it doesn't get overrun, but I owe it to them to spread the word anyway! It's perfect food for the foodie, with a small but amazing bar and full bakery, plus intimate and awesome theater performances. One-of-a-kind, a must for any local as well as tourists!

Awesome lobster stuffed pasta and out of this world German Chocolate Cake. My forever go to Bakery. Some many good eats, just not enough time.

Great service, reasonable price, and conveniently located with nearby free parking. The Grey Goose has the trifecta... additionally they have a lovely in house bakery counter and host events periodically through out the month (a schedule of which is posted on a chalkboard wall of the restaurant, or which can be found through their Facebook page). This is a lovely and initimate brunch spot in downtown Hampton located right between the history and air&space museums, and extremely surprisingly wasn't mobbed. Totally recommend.

Awesome new vibe! I am a 40yr resident of Hampton and I have only come inside of the Grey Goose once years ago. This experience was totally different from the last. It had a welcome friendly feel and the food is awesome. There is a new cool vibe and they have lots of different events to enjoy! My husband and I will definitely be back for those sweet potato biscuits!

What a fantastic Sunday brunch. A great menu with a chef's flair, it was tough to choose what to eat. Three of us ate and all of us thought the portions were too generous and the food amazing, we had to exercise serious self control not to clean our plates. Can't wait to go again!
